Can I buy Rakuma Japan listings from overseas with JPS?
JPS can request eligible Rakuma purchases for overseas shoppers and receive them at its Japan warehouse. International delivery is arranged after warehouse arrival and packing. Availability and shipping eligibility must be checked for each item.
Does a Rakuma purchase request guarantee that I get the item?
No. Some Rakuma listings require seller approval, and stock or seller acceptance can change before the purchase is completed. A submitted JPS request is not a completed marketplace purchase.
What should I check when buying used or branded items on Rakuma?
Check the actual seller photos, measurements, condition notes, accessories and listing quantity. Seller claims and brand tags do not establish authenticity. JPS receiving is not professional authentication or a specialist condition assessment.
What is included in the total cost of a Rakuma order?
Allow for the listing price, any domestic shipping charged for that listing, JPS purchase fees, packing and international delivery. Check whether Japan-side shipping is included in the seller price. Destination taxes and other disclosed services may add to the total.
Can I cancel a Rakuma order or return it after purchase?
Contact JPS as soon as possible. After purchase, cancellation or return depends on the seller, marketplace rules and the reason for the request; it is not guaranteed for a change of mind. Keep the original listing and evidence if an item is incorrect or damaged.
